Aschenti Cocoa is proud to be Canada’s first farm to bar chocolate maker. It all starts in our farm in Cameroon where we grow and harvest our cacao. After fermentation, we ship the beans to Manitoba and then we sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, refine, conch, age, temper, then mould and hands wrap our chocolates. The result is a luxurious chocolate, made without additives, using the highest quality ingredients, a rich and virtuous chocolate. Our collections of unique and pure flavours are available in our open kitchen concept store at 782 Corydon Avenue in Winnipeg.
