We are driven by simplicity and connection to the foods we eat. We value quality local ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family members with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea for sourdough noodles. Hand-made in small batches, fermented with a sourdough starter creates a perfect and unique pasta with a slight sourdough taste. Flavours are inspired by our own garden, available in Original, Beet, Potato Leek, and for the very first time Carrot Dill. All natural and no preservatives.
