BIOWe are driven by simplicity and a connection to the foods that we eat. We value quality local ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family members with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea for creating sourdough noodles. Hand-made in small batches, fermented with a sourdough starter creates a perfect and unique pasta. Flavours are inspired by our own garden, available in Original, Beet, Potato Leek and Carrot Dill.
