BIOCho Ichi is still in its infancy. We've only been around for 1 year but we've had so many great accomplishments. Our noodles are all hand made with a machine and product that we have sourced from Japan. Our soup broth is made daily and boiled for up to 12 hours. We also use locally sourced chicken and pork to make the respective broths (Chintan - Chicken or Tonkotsu - Pork). This boiling process creates a really rich and flavourful broth. There's nothing better to take the chill away from a cool November day than a warm cup of Ramen Noodles.
