We are driven by simplicity and a connection to the foods that we eat. We value quality local ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family members with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea of creating sourdough noodles. Fermented with a sourdough starter creates a unique pasta that is delicious and easy to digest. Available in four flavours inspired by our own garden Original, Beet, Carrot Dill and Potato Leek.
