We are driven by simplicity and the connection to the foods that we eat. We value quality local ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family members with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea of creating sourdough noodles. Hand-made in small batches and fermented with a sourdough starter makes it easier to digest than conventional pasta. Flavours are inspired by our own garden. Available in Original, Beet, Potato Leek, Carrot Dill and Tomato Garlic Jalapeño.
