Theresa’s Sourdough Noodles

We value quality local ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea of creating sourdough noodles. Hand-made in small batches, fermented with a sourdough starter creates a perfect and unique pasta. Sourdough noodles are made with whole ingredients and are available in different flavours. Original, Beet, Potato Leek, Carrot Dill and a new flavour will make its debut just in time for the Third and Bird Christmas Market.
